Ms. Monica Leung

Founder & Director

Monica is the Founder & Director of Blueinno Technology Limited. She founded Blueinno in 2016, with a mission of inspiring the young to innovate and cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit, through developing them with STEM knowledge, coding skills, robotics, and design thinking. Since then, she has taught over 5000 students from primary and secondary local and international schools, university students, and young teachers.Before founding Blueinno, Monica had decades of R&D experience in software development and engineering product design in the information communication technology (ICT) industry. She holds a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is also a lecturer at Hong Kong Metropolitan University, and a committee member of the Computer Science Advisory Committee (CSAC) of The University of Hong Kong.

Dr. Calvin Kam 

Data Scientist & Senior Instructor

PhD (Computer Science) 

Calvin is a data scientist and senior instructor of Blueinno. He obtained his PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also holds a First Class Honour Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Hong Kong Baptist University. His research interest and expertise is artificial intelligence and computer vision. Certified as an Nvidia Deep Learning Institute (DLI) Instructor, he also takes up various teaching and research initiatives, such as AI development projects, between Blueinno and Nvidia. Deeply believing in the benefits of technology to the world, Calvin has been innovating for Blueinno with new products which deeply impress our clients. He also endeavors to inspire Blueinno's students with his cutting-edge knowledge and skills through coaching various kinds of projects.

Mr. Ben Tu

Deputy Product Lead (Curriculum)

Instructor

Ben is a passionate educator with years of experience in teaching and developing STEAM and AI education curricula for local and international schools. His love for teaching kids and teenagers leads him to pursue a career in education. Supporting Blueinno’s teaching philosophy of learning as an enjoyable experience, Ben joined our family as a teacher. At Blueinno, he advocates for STEAM education as essential to students' all-rounded development. Ben holds a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. With AI research experience in speech and language, Ben has been committed to enhancing education through effectively utilizing technology. Ben also teaches students using educational kits he designed and developed, focusing on STEAM subjects. As a dedicated teacher, Ben is taking a Special Education Needs (SEN) course to better support gifted students. His goal is to inspire more students to unlock their talents.

Mr. Felix Wong

Senior Instructor

1st hon Bachelor Degree (Science Education)

Felix holds a First Class Honour Bachelor Degree in Science Education from The Education University of Hong Kong. He started his teaching and curriculum development career in 2018 with Blueinno. As a top student in class, Felix always loves teaching and sharing with others. He later developed a fond interest in technology and won the Merit Award from the “Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2019” competition. After graduation, he joined a technology start-up to develop app solutions for various commercial companies. Soon, his passion for education drove him back to education and Blueinno. He is now in charge of teaching and curriculum development for our AI Specialist Program.

Mr. Sing Chan

Senior Engineer

Research & Development (EdTech & AI)

Sing received his Bachelor Degree in Electronic & Information Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is currently senior engineer at Blueinno, focusing on research of artificial intelligence in EdTech and healthcare, especially in applications for integrating hardware and software. He also developed a coding platform at Blueinno to facilitate students learning programming skills.

Ms. Livia Lau

Marketing Officer

Ms. Livia Lau serves as the Marketing Officer at Blueinno Technology, bringing multinational experience and a strong passion for education to the team. Since joining Blueinno in 2018 as a STEM Instructor, she has gained deep insight into the company’s mission and curriculum, playing a key role in designing programs that combine STEM with sustainable living. Educated in Hong Kong’s international school system, Livia holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wollongong. Her diverse work experience across Singapore, Malaysia, and the NGO sector offers her a unique perspective on technology education in the Asia-Pacific region. She is dedicated to leveraging education and innovation to inspire youth and advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Ms. Yvonne Lee

Financial Consultant 

BBA (Finance and Management)

Yvonne holds a Bachelor Degree in BBA (major in Finance and Management), and has over 10 years of experience in operation and administration for various multinational companies. As a mother, Yvonne knows very well how technology education can change the next generation. At Blueinno, she is responsible for overseeing the company's daily operation, ensuring delivery of quality training programs to our students, apart from contributing lots of ideas on our program design and content from the parent's perspective.
